Custom Order Policy

Handmade Items

Every Aa'liviera piece is handmade to order. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in color, size, stitch placement, and overall appearance are normal and make every piece unique.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on the measurements and design details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information. Aa'liviera is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Additional design changes or custom requests may result in a price increase.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on all custom orders.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped.

Orders will not begin until the required deposit has been received. Any payments for custom orders can be made via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay.

Processing Time

Current processing time is approximately 7-21 business days, depending on the order's complexity and current order volume.

During busy seasons, processing times may be longer. Customers will be notified if any significant delays occur.
